The dark crimson pelt could be seen from a long distance, even in the dense, dark forest. Leaves landed on his untouched hide, but tail swished them away like a dead fly. He was young, and still learning. He was old enough to take care of himself, yet in danger of being alone at such a young age of just two. It didn't seem to bother the bachelor steed too much though. He was out for an adventure.
He hadn't traveled that far when he came across and large, broken down oak. Smirking a bit, he pushed himself forward into a full-speed gallop. At the right moment, daggers pushed off the ground, only to land on the other side of the obstacle. He smirked, and without even looking behind him, he continued on his way at a perfect prance. Perhaps he'd meet someone new today. [/blockquote]

Little did anyone know of a shadow lurking within purity. Wind of mid air touched foliage of different moisture. Life stood still when the knowing of this creatures rank was held. Tainted ivory snaked through limbs, toung slippered out from jaws, diamonds halted in the shadow with sudden movements. Zeniths flickered listening to mid air and plantlife talking. Thundring hooves made dome turn, the silks of forelocks vanished into sunlight and sparkeled. Paper thins took in the scent of another creature of purity, no surprise entered darkened jems seeing it was a youth. Diamonds made their move forward into calm walk, the fated youth would soon see a master. The only question asked woul be, would the youth recognise the steed?
Snow hued bronc entered within the realm of purity. Dome arose while jems looked upon the yonder og light azure. The heaven is praying today. Mind made a twist by the words the bronc held. Silks moved between wind and mid air, the scent of a youth nearing made it's turn to thin papers. Dome lowered looking towards a dark mahogny youngling prancing forward. Snow hued king waited with patience, every trace of royalty was hidden inside. To wait upon a lad would get silent, yet the snow hued bronc waited with tranquil patience.

Nares flared at the scent of another steed. Rapidly, his young, growing body spun around, only to see nothing and no one. With a kauked head the yearling spun around once more, and there stood a mighty king. He was old enough to know who was mighty and whom wasn't, yet mature enough to know how to act towards strangers as well. He didn't bow, but did show his kind respect by giving the ghostly stranger a gentle nod of the boa. Crimson pelt glistened in the sunlight. His coat was still young and new looking, and anyone with eyes could tell that he was a young one. However, he'd never let someone boss him around, and if this was one of those 'quines, he would just walk away, not to start a fight. Or perhaps he was thinking oppositely. Maybe he had a heart of purity and happiness, and maybe could one day allow him to rule alongside him. Whatever the reason the stranger had arrived, he would show who he really was.
The young leader exceeded forward towards the experienced bronc. He gave him a slight smile, but continued to stay silent. The stranger would be the one to speak first, if he wished to speak at all. He kept a horse-length distance between himself at the leader, another nod of the head was made.

Scent blew past snow hued bronc. Masculine cover traced around the physique, the bronc waited for the youth to enter. Gems of coal catched the glimpse of two respectful nods, yet the shadowed steed gave none. As the King you shall not need to bow or nodd to anyone. That had been the last words of Phantoms mother. Zeniths sprinkeled by the sound of steps touching soft foliage. Dome moved letting gems take in the sight of the young brute.
Snow ribbons traced mid air with play as physique moved lightly. Dome moved slightly with no threat. After moments mightly labios of darkened silver moved releasing tunes of deep rumberling music. A young lad trailing alone isn't a everyday view. Tone held a special polite and kindness, yet no trace of darkness was revealed. Phantom was this broncs name, yet still it were kept hidden as well as the identity. Not many understood whom they were talking to, and not many seemed to bother it either.

Harks twitched upon the sudden mighty voice of the king. To be honest, he knew not who this stranger was. Perhaps a bachelor like himself, or a loner? Whatever he was, the young bronc hoped to soon find out. For now, a proper introduction must be made. Wind grasped the ends of the young leader's banner and flew it away from him. The smile seemed to fade at the lord's harmony but the personality of the bronc was still there. Weight shifted towards one side to rest as he stood, for it had been a long journey alone until now. Lyrics pondered in his mind on what to say to the stranger in response towards his opinion. He stood tall, though the newcomer was but mightier and stronger than he, he wouldn't let that make him look weak. He was a fighter for sure. I am unique, and different from the rest sir. I am Braveheart. There was still no need to bow her show praise towards this leader yet, for he had not properly introduced himself. Nares continued flaring, taking in the scent so he wouldn't forget it. Harks were forward and alert at everything surrounding him, but focus was on the taller, bigger steed as he awaited his response, hoping to catch his name. [/blockquote]

Gems of tainted coal noticed the others guardance. Thin papers breathed out with tranquil motions. No one dared to move forward seeing whom was standing here. Silks slowed down masculine serpentine until they touched the ribs. Darkened silver made their way letting same tone of music release. No need to be on guard little Braveheart. Parasites and predators wouldn't dare enter. Gems let themself get a calm motion while gazing at the lad. My title aye? Mind shot out. The bronc didn't know what to answer, but knew honesty was in it's place. Only thing was, Phantom never bragged about the ranking he had, the steed hid the ranking quiet well. I am Phantom young Braveheart. Gems got on guard lookinf at the reaction from the lad, did everyone know whom Phantom was? Or was it just outsiders coming into the home he so much adored and hated? The icy steed knew there where new ones in Cherry's Creek, but decided to wait for this ones reaction right now.[/blockquote]

No emotions were shown towards the mightier stallion as he knew there was no danger here. He wasn't frightened or scared of anything in his own mind, and would go out of the way to prove that point. But still, he did not bow. He would never bow. At least until perhaps they got to know each other a bit better. Weight shifted to the other side as he stood relaxed and calm.
The name sounded familiar, but never before had he known much about the name or the meaning. Was he a popular brute, or just out to have a bit of fun like himself? Perhaps both? Whatever it was, he stayed silent until his mind came to a decision on what to respond. A pleasure to meet you mighty Phantom.
He continued to show no emotions as their conversation seemed to last a lifetime. Why had he come here?[/blockquote]

Ribbon flickered while dome shook dissapointed by the others actions. Locks of ice kicked out into opening and gems of coal got hidden within forelocks of glimmering snow. Are you new to Cherry's Creek young Braveheart? Deep tone held its dance with slight gentle touches. The watching eyes of creatures with respect looked towards the king, no one could see them, but their eyes were still on you. Dome lowered and he crushed the foliage softly, even plantlife was held with great respect to Phantom. Wind didn't need to help, emeralds themself bowed down towards the diamonds of purity. A special creature he was like everyone else, yet the rank meant that the snow hued warrior needed to look after everyone then just his herd.[/blockquote]

. B R A V E H E A R T |:. He continued wondering who exactly the steed was during the awkward silence. Being young and still learning, he was always trying to figure things out and solve problems. This didn't seem to be a problem, but instead, a mystery. At least to him. Tail swished at the pests landing on his clean-coated pelt. Harks twitched at the lyrics of the snow-white lord once more as he was quick to reply. Sir Phantom, I am quite new to these parts but mature enough to find my way about. Why do you ask a question?

Evening fell upon the lands of peace. Dome moved looking straight at the young lad with not hesitation. Curiosity got caught by tainted gems of coal. Snow coat moved with brushing wind, the answer was quiet clear actually the bronc knew. Lifew holds it's peace, yet why do I feel so troubled? Mind forgot to answer when Zanzibar's son asked. If you have heard of Zanzibar and Monocrus I will explain, yet if you haven't? Then there isn't any need to explain it young Braveheart. Some would soon tell you the tale of Cherry's Creek. Deep tone held kindness withing them, while gems saw if the other one was lying. Purity is within the heart and soul, not in the personality, a lie makes the soul dirty and the purity fades. Icy warrior knew this, the former king, his father had given him a lecture in it.

. B R A V E H E A R T |:. The young lad honestly didn't know whom the stallions were he was talking about. He had never before heard of the names, but then why did the name 'Phantom' sound so familiar? He only shook his head side to side at the lord's request, for he didn't truly know who they were. What next? Was there going to be more of an introduction or more of a conversation? Or perhaps they'd depart there. Why had the stallion come here in the first place? To mock him? Or perhaps to make a new friend? These questions continued pondering in the young leader's mind as there was nothing for him to say. Afterall, he was new to Cherry's Creek, and still exploring the land surrounding him.

No surprise was held forward, yet disappointment filled heart. Dome moved with diamonds, he sped up to a walk. Phantom was not scared of anyone, and he didn't try to bully or mock smaller ones either. Coming by the others side, the deep sumphony he held was nothing more then filled with warm and royalty micing with gentle touches. If you want to come with me and reside there some day you may come and go young Braveheart. I see now you are one of those not surprised talking to the king, that is what making you a pure soul. Just be careful for the wicked ones, they may seem nice, yet there is one should stay away from.
Even from the distance the bronc looked tall and massive, yet up close he looked more masculine and powerful then most. Warm touches snaked upon labios as they moved upwards giving the young lad a smile. The king had a feeling that the youngling would be a great leader, but the snow hued warrior hoped that his twin would not notice this.[/blockquote]

. B R A V E H E A R T |:. He watched the steed's movements as he halted by his side. A stranger would see that the king was much taller than himself, making him look like a newborn colt rather than a mature, growing yearling. One hark listened to the surroundings while the other focused closely on the leader. A spark of excitement was made at his lyrics. Was he in second rank towards the king? He shouldn't be, but he had dreamed being a king for quite some time now. He wouldn't show his emotions just yet. Instead, he'll take some more time to look around, and take the lord's advice to stay away from some. Sir Phantom. I thank you for giving me an opportunity. But tell me, which is the one I need to avoid?

Wind halted hearing the question from young lad. Silks of forelock moved forward hiding emotions svelling inside. The last thing he wanted was for his twin to know of Braveheart. Thin papers caught in the scent of his son, dome didn't move yet inside was a total chaos. His my son, Braveheart reminds me so much of her, but why has he come here? They promised me they wouldn't let him go. Mind struggeled to keep to this world, yet memorises from the past entered with no struggel. You must get away from my twin. His coat is of black and white, and his the King of the wicked ones. Come now young Braveheart, we can talk more while walking to our home.
Deep symphony had slight bitterness when talking about his twin. The wicked king was the only real enemie to Phantom, they both hated each other, and none of them would really know how the other looked like. Silks of forelocks moved, dome looked at Braveheart with gentle warm touches. How could such a young colt be so alike his mother. Raven gems searched at the youngling, everything seemed too familiar to him. Dome shook letting tassels and tresses play around with elegant manner. Snow hued andalusien had power as well as the beauty, but never used this to his advantage. Life holds its grudges against others, and he still has a grudge to the killer of his former love. The young leader nodded at the response of his new lord. Dial shifted quickly downward at the pests that had landed and bit a hole in his flesh below his front pillar. Lifting his dial back up and swished his tail at the other pests and began walking forward. Knowing not where he was going, he slowed, waiting for Phantom to lead the way. He was ready for a new home.
Why was it that this Phantom 'quine seemed to be so familiar to him? Had he met the steed before? Or perhaps he just reminded Braveheart of another that didn't seem to come up with a name quite yet. He sensed that the lord was of a pure heart and soul, as well as he himself. Why was this 'quine so familiar?

Snow pelt moved with deep eleganse while diamons floated over foliage. Dome held its balance while zeniths flickered. He isn't here in search of his mother right? He can't be, it would only be suffering for him. Boa raised up and jems of raven coal gazed up seeing clouds form. Frown slippered on, if the wicked on found out about Braveheart his life would be more complicated. Life had taken enough of him, and not only that, but Symphony was the silliest when it came to lovers. He only hoped the distance would make her try to find the one instead of staying alone.
Tell me young Braveheart, what are your quest for coming to Cherry's Creek?
Deep lyrics tones of music released while evening wind slowed it's speed. The night of cold and wicked would soon enter, the sun wasn't that warm anymore. Thin papers inhaled everything that shouldn't be here, while pests kept their distance from his clean pelt. No trace of darkened spots or scratches was upon his pelt, he had never been in a battle, but he knew of only one that would challenge him into a battle. [/blockquote]

. B R A V E H E A R T |:. The young lord continued walking at a slow pace, staying alongside his newly made friend. A somewhat disappointed face was shown at the lord's question. Should he really tell him, or should he keep it a secret until he knew it was the right time. The young, mature lord stood tall as his body swung side to side while he walked, tail still doing it's work to get flies off his pelt. Lord Phantom, I have come in search for family. I know my father resides in Cherry's Creek, but I know not whom he is or what he looks like as well as my mother, whom I have not seen since I was a wee one.

Zeniths flickered listening to the young ones answer. Icy dome moved letting tassels hide his jems. So he was here to search for his family? But what could he tell him? That Braveheart was the prince of lights and his mother was dead? Dome shook letting the thought away, no he couldn't tell his only son that, it would only ruin everything. There aren't many pure residing at Cherry's Creek young Braveheart, yet I have heard of a colt that needed to reside with another herd to prevent more danger.
Jems eyed the others reaction. He felt angered knowing the others had not kept their promise to him and his loved one. Everything would be much harder right now, he couldn't tell anyone that his son was here either. Dome rose yet again letting jems look at the yonder. Is she really watching us? Thought only talked in riddles. This was the only thing he had thought about for a year until he let it go. Now his home was without any maidens, youths or knights. Cherry's Heart was a large domain, but also a lonely one. Whom could make it joyful like it was two years ago?[/blockquote]

The lord showed no emotions and Braveheart couldn't judge him of what he was saying. Perhaps, now was the time to stop telling of his life. I need to reside in a herd sir. And I thank you for taking me in. But perhaps we must part here. It's hard for me to sleep at night knowing that I am so close to finding them. And I won't rest until I do find them. It's not that I am lonely, I just want to make sure they are both safe, and know that I am ok.

Your closer then you are Braveheart, but the worst thing is to stay here alone.
Snow hued bronc of purity knew Braveheart needed to find this out himself. Dome moved when he halted not moving, slight touch of fatherhood entered, but he hid it well soon. Dome shook away tassels of silk while the evening sun burned behind him. You just need to see it first. The king added in his mind. Braveheart needed to find this out himself, but Phantom couldn't help but feel his heart getting stung by not telling his own son about his father. But I wouldn't have my hopes up on one of them, this is all I can tell you Braveheart. The rest is up to you and your heart, but please come with me, I wouldn't want any of the wicked to harm you, neither the predators. Only one had seen his caring attitude, that was Bravehearts mother, the rest was only cold figures. It had been a long time since he had used his soft and gentle warmth to help others, but in this case it was a destiny to help Braveheart. There was a long moment of silence and eye contact before he gave a snort and looked away. It was obvious the lord knew something he didn't, and Braveheart only hoped that it wasn't something bad. He began a slow and steady walk in the direction they had began walking just moments back. So many questions went through the young leader's mind as he didn't even glare back to see if the leader was following. No emotions were shown as he was frightened by the thought that there was something going on that he didn't know about.

Dome moved following the young ones movements. Diamonds connected with foliage as he walked slowly not disturbing the others thoughts. Tresses hit shoulders softly while tassels dazzeled the playful wind. The steed knew this had given the young one many thoughts, yet he could not tell Braveheart the truth. He had sworn the oath of that, and for that he needed to pay. Silent sigh released within the motions and dome lowered, the bronc didn't care if this made him look pitiful. Life had gotten him in this, and life needed to get him out of this.
