It came to her as an blur now. A story, never to be told…
Two tall figures stood over her, an father nipping painfully at her ears, but gently nuzzling her after. Her mother, stood over in and watch. Her tone gentle but mixed with harsh. No scents filled her nares, it was all just black. Then the two figures looked to be alert, raising their heads high and looking away from her. The one, looking to be her father moved away with great speed and her mother gave out an powerful scream. Within an blink of an eye, the darken figures faded, and screams of pain came from a far. Both were gone. She cried out for help, for the figures that showed him love but only one came, an older sibling. Eyes turn to her older brother and right before her eyes, blood split on her face and a body laid dead into pieces on the ground beside her….She not only lost her family, but she lost her voice.
Moments later were the killer’s faces show. They hover over her, circling her like vultures. She was nothing but prey to them, nothing but a toy. They took her in, only to enjoy the torture they brought her. Each day was sleepless and painful. She was used as a pouncing bag and when her heat came, she was nothing but a toy. All for the joy of commanding a land. No one understood the attack and no one explained it to her. She was kept alive, but for no true reason. Simply to have a slave. She lost her voice and so, she could never cry out for help or scream in pain. She was left to rot, treated like the dirt they walked on. She was nothing to them, but they kept her alive, because they enjoyed it. Knowing they had destroyed her hopes, her life.
One day, she had enough and she was able to break free of the pain, though her past still hunts her. So many times had she tried to talk again, only to cough and cause herself pain. Se wanted so badly to speak with the kind voices that came to her, but she only was turned away once they found out that she had no voice. All would get frustrated and she was left alone. She had given up and it seemed she would never find her real voice.
For one she was lucky to had found one person willing to try. Willing to have patience and willing to stay as her friend. However for now, Silent star sty to herself, leaving her friend alone for an moment and wonder as she had always done. Star stood tall, over looking the land she had found. It gave her chills and she knew it was not safe, yet she still stayed close. She wanted to see the ocean.

Mystic Charm
Daggers struck the ground softly as an ebony figure approached the cove, a break thats what he needed, a break from life, audits stood alert and orbs scanned the terrain around him but the stag was not worried in the least, if danger came he could fight it though he would rather a relaxing time.
sences became aware of another equine on the cove and orbs searched for the sorce, after a short walk Charm spoted the figure, it was a fae, I smiled warmly and approached her, I had naught better to do, I bowed in respect before looking at the lovely fae her paint coat gleaming,
"Lo M'lady, I am Mystic Charm, may I know your blessing?"
he questioned gently his lyrics comming forth easily and smoothly, he swatted a fly with his flag as he waited.

Ears twitch as words started to be spoken to Silent Star. Her ears went back and she step away a bit. She was used to being yelled out or easily frustrate stallions. Seeing as most did not understand, she just could not talk. Most took it as she just did not want to bother with them or she was just rude. Star was far from the type to be mean, she really could not get herself to be, though she did admit she could be harsh, even without words. She wanted to talk to the stallion, give her own voice to match his kind words. A smile given she tried her best with her body langue and now she had to use a odd way. She had to at least give him a name. Soon enough, she decided to try an give her name. Her dagger moved again, slowly, making out the words ‘Silent Star’ in the ground. She hope he would understand that. She would like for him to know her name, it made it a bit more easily for her to respond and the words ‘lady’ or ‘dove’ just did not seem right.

Mystic Charm
Confusion crossed the stallions features for a moment when she did not respond, he noticed her drawing somehing in the sand and looked closser to make out what she was doing, when she was finished me made out the words 'Silent Star', was this her name he wondered for a moment, and why hadent she just spoken in, the stag did not speak for a long moment as he tried to figure it out, suddenly comprehension crossed his features, she couldnt speak.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Silent Star, but I sence it is more then a name, you can not speak can you?"
He responded gently, orbs watching intently but without threat as he tried to pick up any body language that would help him to understand her better

So the stallion got the idea, and so far it seem he was not leaving her behind just yet. She was so use to all just leaving her. All not wanting to deal with her silence. Tossing her mane back she looked at the stallion and gave a nod ‘no’, she could not speak to him. All she could really do was use her body language. A sigh was emitted from her kissers and she looked out to the sea. It was what she came here for. The Sea was mysterious, much like herself. Such a large world, yet to be discovered. Turning back for the stallion she waited for his next words. What would he do with the know age he just gained?

ooc: i hope y'all don't mind if I join in >_okatie
i'm not here to tell you my sob story. but it doesn't mean i'm willing to hear yours either. × This was like a light land. It felt nice, even if the summer heat did sear a hole through her patience. Considering that her patience length was below average already, you'd have to be very careful around her during the summer; she hates heat. Or rather, too much of it, since she does mope during winter. Still. Summer wasn't too nice, but with summer on top and cool salt water below, you have to love it.
× She stood in the sea, straight necked and proud to be the only one this far from the shore, rebellious smile knitted to her muzzle. Her muzzle pointed to the sky, digging a tunnel through the breeze that came her way. Her mane flopped like fish out of the water on her nape, salt clinging to the buckskin hairs on her body. Waves shoved each other and went around her stubborn body; they came up to the beginning of her legs. The calls of faraway seabirds dropped from the sky into her relaxed ears. Memory pelted her eyelids, which refused to let them through. Suddenly, her peace was broken by the speech of a foofous. Oh, foofous? That was her term for a light who spoke the fancy shmany Old English that bothered her so much she just wanted to slap their faces. In annoyance, she shook her head, letting loose particles of sand, and whirled to body to face the direction the foofous speech was coming from.
× Ah, she was getting bored anyway. She needed some friends in this land; it would be handy to know other horses, unless their of the foofous variety, so she'd choose to mostly ignore him, and speak only to a direct question. She made her way to shore, her neat muscles having no trouble with the waves that would throw a more delicate frame off course. She reached the shore, feeling the cool sensation of the scrabbling fingers of desperate, thin sheets of water on the frogs of her feet before shaking the excess water from her body, making all the hairs on her body messed up and tangled. Not like she cared. Neat or tangled, it was all the same to her; besides, it always had a tendency to flatten out eventually. She sunk a few good inches in the sand that was soft as heck, occasionally unsanding a shell or something of the sort as she made her way to the two conversing. She came in right before the mare seemed to be contemplating an answer, and boldly interrupted. "Hello, m'am, sir," she said curtly, giving a slight nod to both the stag and mare. "My name is Katie. Could I join your lovely conversation?" Her face showed only polite interest, her stance was calm and dripping sea water and relaxed, her eyes black and button-like, placid and pert. She gave a flick of her tail, as if to say I'm friendly, I'm no dark, though I might act like one sometimes. If you can't accept that, then screw you.

(I do not mind at all. My mare needs more friends. ^.^)
As she wanted for the stallion to speak back to her nod. The ground moved again and its movements match a mare. Silent Star gave a smile. It was hard to tell at first glare if this mare meant trouble. As far as she was concern, everyone meant trouble for her. Tossing her mane back she gave a sigh and nodded her head again ‘no‘ , she did not mind this mare joining in and gave a bow. Silent Star enjoyed meeting others, though her run-in were never good. So far, she met only one willing to cope with her and this stallion she had yet to understand. Hearing the mares name, Silent Star could not really say her in return and she hope the mare did not take it as rude or wicked. Silent Star could not talk as the stallion already knew. Her eyes looked to the written words belong her daggers. It was clear in the sand still and she figure that was how she could give her name again and hope the mare would get the idea. Tossing her mane from her eyes again, Silent Star slammed her front dagger down, placing it before the written words and showing her name. That was the best she could do for now. If this mare was hoping for an conversation, it was not going to be the best. Though she was sure the stallion would speak a lot, or the mare would. That was another thing that usually caused her to lose others. She waited not to see what would happen. Silent Star was no dark, she was just herself.

Mystic Charm
I looked apon the new mare and smiled warmly, I did not mind others joining in but first I waited to see what Silent Star would do, I saw her give consent with a nod of her head and motion to the ground where her name was still written from where she had given her name to me. The heat of the day beat down as the cooling sea rose up keeping my body temperature fairly plessant.
"You are welcome to join us, Katie, This fair maiden is Silent Star"
I responded with a smile, just incase Katie had not noticed the sign language star was trying to show, sometimes it was not noticed and could be taken as rude.
"And I am Mystic Charm,"
I said bowing slightly with respect to the new commer, It was always interesting to meet new people but this silent star intregued me far more then anyone before I wondered what her past was. I turned back to Star and smiled
"Silent Star lives up to her name she is unable to speak, so kindly be patient and listen not to her song but to her dance"
I said with a warm smile and looked back at Katie I wanted to be sure she understood.
