The sky was dark and cloudy. Only the lone figure of a large horse could be seen in the shadows. The face was unrecognizable and the true color unknown. The mare wickered. She couldn't see anything because of the heavy rain falling. She looked to her left and then to her right. Running anywhere for cover she happened to trot into what looked like a cave. "H.....Hello?" She shivered and huddled into a dark corner to protect herself from the harsh wind and rain. At least I'll stay dry.. she thought to herself. She realized than that the rose in her mane had fallen outside the cave near the mouth...

. B R A V E H E A R T |:. The young prince had made his way to the cove. He knew it was hidden from almost everything else in Cherry's Creek. And it was a place where his 'father' probably wouldn't be able to find him. He had been heartbroken, snapped. His own father forbid to tell him the truth, and Braveheart just needed some alone time for a while. He had been dazed in his mind until he came across a set of hoofprints. A stranger? He thought to himself as he made his way to the cave where the hoofprints had entered. It was then when he saw a trampled rose laying on the floor before the cave. Was this a sign? He gave out a nicker for whoever had entered. He was the prince, and would soon rule alongside his 'father' but until then, it was nice to get to know the 'quines whom he shared this beautiful land with. He gave another innocent whicker towards the cave. He saw nothing and no one. A bit creeped out by the whole thing, he took a step back as harks flickered forwards and back continuously.

Had her ears decieved her? Just two small nickers. The mare's eyes darted across the cave moouth as she looked for some sign of life. She saw nothing but something told her that there was something.... Stepping carefully out into the rain which had now become a steady downpour, she nickered again. Nearly jumping out of her own hide at the sight of a shadow within the trees and rain, the mare nickered again and pricked her ears up curiously. ((sorry I don't have a lot of muse right now ))

The young steed looked to his left. A mare had deceived the cove but why had she not seen him? He picked up a trot, splashing in the mud puddles the whole way before he stopped a bit away from the vixen, but close enough so she would see him.
What was she doing here alone? Hiding as he was? Or perhaps she was just a lonely and forgotten fae, just like he was a lonely and forgotten steed. Immediately he wondered what her name was that showed that brilliant coat of hers. He swallowed slightly and his head was low to the ground as he began to speak. Lo Miss. May I be honored to know your name? His tone was generous and non-threatening.[/blockquote]

The mare stepped back a little as she watched the stallion come forward. She was curious about this new stranger but she was also scared. She listened to his hooves splash the water in the mud puddles and she listened to the rain pouring down a bit harder now and listened to it match her own heartbeat. The water dripped down her black forelock and land at her feet. Hearing him speak for the first time surprised her at first, but she answered shyly "I am Revelation. You may call me Revvie."...Her wet forelock kept dripping.

The young lad took a few steps forward towards the miss and dipped his head down towards her, showing his respect. Words flew through his mind as to how to introduce himself. Should he let her know that he is the prince of Cherry's Creek? Or perhaps he'd keep it a secret like his father had. Young lad highered his quarter horse dial and looked at the gorgeous sapphires of the frightened miss. Wet, cold water driplets fell from his chin to the dampened ground, and hooves were covered in sticky mud. It wasn't his best appearance, but it would have to do for now. Lo miss Revvie. You may call me Braveheart. Do you reside here at Cherry's Creek?
He asked curiously. Orbs seemed dreamy and excited all at the same time.[/blockquote]

Her ears pricked forward. The rain was slowly diminishing to nothing more than a small shower. Wtaer droplets slid down the leaves of trees and made Revvie a bit more soaked than she was before. She didn't mind in the least bit, she loved the rain. "You have a very lovely name. I do reside here, although for now I am somewhat of a loner." Curiousity had always been one of Revvie's seven deadly sins. It had gotten her into a lot of trouble in the past but she felt that this was a good time for it. "You live here as well I presume?"
